We’re expanding our multidisciplinary, neuroscience-based practice and actively seeking Licensed and/or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, teens, and adults across New Jersey.

What You’ll Do 

- Provide individual and/or family therapy to a diverse caseload 
- Specialize in areas aligned with your expertise (e.g., children/adolescents, trauma, ADHD, etc.) 
- Maintain timely documentation in a therapist-friendly EHR 
- Participate in group consultation 
- Engage with a growing practice that is clinically rigorous, relational, and supportive

What We’re Looking For 

- Licensed (or license-eligible) in New Jersey as one of the following: 
       - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD 
       - LSW, LAC, LAMFT (supervision provided) 
- Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline 
- Minimum availability: 
       - Part-time: 20+ clinical hours/week 
       - Full-time: 32+ clinical hours/week 
- Bonus points if you: 
       - Are paneled with insurance (not required) 
       - Specialize in children, trauma, or EMDR 
       - Are open to in-person evening hours 

Compensation 

- Fully Licensed Clinicians: based on license and service type; 55–60% of collected revenue 
- Provisionally Licensed Clinicians: Flat hourly rate starting at $45+ (includes paid time for no-shows and late cancellations if billed) 

All positions are W-2 employee roles, not independent contractor. Employment is at-will, and post-hire agreements include standard non-compete (5-mile radius), non-solicit, and confidentiality clauses.
